Mfuwe Lodge, situated in Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park, is renowned for its welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
The main living and dining areas is furnished with comfortable seating, beautiful botanical print cushions, and African-inspired artworks. The deck extends over the lagoon to make the most of armchair game viewing, outdoor dining, and a shady place to relax by the swimming pool.
Mfuwe Lodge has 18 luxury, air-conditioned, en suite thatched chalets with convertible beds and see-through trellidors opening onto their own private decks with game viewing opportunities.
The Directors House has two adjoining rooms with a private garden and swimming pool.
The Phil Berry Centre is situated in a secluded area of the garden near the infamous Wild Mango Tree. The air-conditioned library and studio offer a quiet, relaxing space to read, edit photos, or have small group get-togethers.
Game drives and walks are conducted by an experienced and knowledgeable team of guides.
The lodge also boasts a Bush Spa, where a range of relaxing and healing African therapies are provided.
