Is the Serengeti Wilderness Camp for Me?
Serengeti Wilderness camp is set on a beautiful section of river with great views and resident game. Lion, leopard, cheetah, gazelle, impala, buffalo, baboon and some great birds including pygmy falcon can all be spotted in the area. They are tucked away from other lodges and camps, without the disturbance of noise or other lights. It’s incredibly peaceful at night.
Comprising just ten spacious tents, including a family tent, the focus is on your comfort and enjoyment. There is nothing better than being lulled to sleep at night by the sounds of the bush, safely inside your well-appointed ‘safari bedroom’. The tents are en-suite with flushing toilets and a bush-shower. A private verandah offers a shady place to relax.
A large central dining tent complements the comfortable lounge tent which has a small reference library, maps, some games for children, a charging station for cameras and WiFi.
A safari chef will prepare sumptuous meals for you, and in the evenings, there will be a campfire around which you can enjoy sundowners and snacks and share the day’s experiences.
