Excellent, organized, professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Highly recommend Timbavati Hilltop lodge, fantastic accommodation, service and location. Arathusa Lodge was great once we asked to be moved to a river view and not a bush view room. Staff were extremely accommodating.
