However, the shoulder seasons (April and November) can offer more affordable rates, with the added benefit of fewer tourists and the possibility of lush landscapes after the rains.
The best months to visit Namibia are between May and October, offering favorable weather conditions and abundant wildlife.

While Malaria risk is low risk in the vast part of Namibia, it is important to note that there is a high risk in the north and north eastern regions of the country, including Omaheke during November to June.
There is low to no risk of malaria in all other areas including the Skeleton Coast.
