How to Get to Pongola Game Reserve
Pongola is accessible by road from Durban or Richards Bay. Land at King Shaka International Airport in Durban, after which the drive to the reserve is three to four hours via lodge transfer.
Alternatively, fly to Richards Bay airport from another South African airport; from there, the road transfer to Pongola takes around two and a half hours.
