Uganda in September

Wildlife is less prominent in September than in the previous month, but lush green scenery and newborn animals take centre stage this month.

Birding is an excellent activity this time, and you can see and photograph over 370 species of birds. These include the African grey parrot, the black-and-white casqued hornbill, the red-headed bluebill, the great blue turaco, and the red-billed paradise flycatcher.
