Seeing the Ngorongoro Crater along with Victoria Falls for the first time. Just the most amazing landscapes. It’s hard to point out as each safari destination offers something different that makes it memorable. But with regards to wildlife, I will say Timbavati & Manyeleti for the fact of abundance of sightings of leopards and lions to elephants having breakfast with us at the lodge.
For me, it will be to make sure you switch off. Put away your cell phone for a couple of days. Take off your watch and take in every minute while in the African bush from your first cup of coffee early in the morning when you still hear the hyaenas calling in the distance and the different smells you get from the scrubs and bushes on safari. It just feels like living!
