Is This Trip for Me?
Zambia’s Kafue National Park is one of Africa’s most unique wildernesses. The Park is roughly the size of Wales at more than 22,000km², and includes a variety of different wildlife habitats to be explored. One of Africa’s best kept secrets, the park has evaded mass tourism and been left untouched and unspoiled.
This safari will give you the opportunity to explore it from all angles with well-rounded game viewing activities. The park boasts a strong buffalo population in herds of up to 1000 strong and herds of zebra and wildebeest.
The variety of herbivore species within the park forms an important prey base for the its large predators. Viable populations of key species, including lion, leopard, hyaena, wild dog and cheetah can be seen on your daily game drives.
